Our perimeter is fully fenced and reinforced to prevent digging or hole access.  We start each day with a perimeter check and monitor all pups throughout the day.  Each pup zone is staffed with a team member and no pups are left on their own.  We use double gate entry systems into our facility as well as barrier gates and doors.  All team members are trained in pet first aid as well as proper pup handling.

All of our daycare clients start with an evaluation day for observation and monitoring.  Should your pup not be a good fit, we'll alert you right away.  We do have our Sunday School program available for training and socialization improvement to help a pup graduate up to daycare should they need it.

It will always depend on the group of pups and their personalities, but we anticipate a capacity level of 50-60 pups per day between our indoor and outdoor zones.  We schedule our team members to manage roughly 15-20 pups in their packs, again pending on personalities.

We require all daycare participants to be on active and current flea and parasite prevention treatment.  We clean and sanitize daily with effective, pet friendly cleaning agents obtained through a veterinary janitorial supplier.  We do an additional deep sanitation weekly for flea and pest prevention as well.  All pups are also monitored for signs of fleas and quarantined if inspection requires it.

Depends on your pup!  If they like to be the life of the party, they might get dirty!  But we do not have loose dirt areas on premise.  We do our best to keep pups clean of obvious dirt by utilizing our mud room for wipe downs in between indoor and outdoor play zones.  We also offer a Wash Center as well as Exit Baths based on your preferences.

Honestly, not very often and when some conflict does arise it is usually short and easily moved on from.  Pups generally figure out who they do and don't want to play with very quickly, much like you witness at dog parks.  What we call "Pup Politics" is monitored closely and action happens fast when necessary.  We have several kennel zones throughout the facility for quick and secure separation.  

Pups do sometimes play too hard and injuries can occur.  We are dedicated to having our team members trained in first aid and pet health awareness.  If your pup is injured to any degree, we will immediately quarantine them and assess their level of injury.  If the injury is superficial or temporary, we will address the issue and monitor until fully recovered or rested.  If we believe your pup needs veterinary care, we will contact you right away.  If we believe your pup is facing an emergency situation, we may decide to transport your pup to the nearest veterinary clinic and alert you to our decision.

We currently offer an optional Healthy Pup Warranty that you can purchase by day or by 10 day pack.  This warranty is essentially a health savings account that will be available for any medical costs incurred due to injuries obtained while in our care.  If you opt in to this service and veterinary care or supplies are needed, we fully cover the cost from this HSA system.

We don't provide tours during daycare active operations as it can disrupt the flow of our programs.  But we do understand that you might like to see where your best friend hangs out and will happily accommodate a walk-through when accessibility permits.  We also encourage you to view our daycare webcams and social media photos online.
